Another unique feature about cardio -box is that no 2-classes are ever that same as they are conducted by experienced boxing coaches who work freestyle rather than from scripts. Leading you through explosive explosive rounds where you deliver jabs, hooks, uppercuts and backhands in an array of combinations on the bag.

Cardio-box a great way to elevate your mood and boost feelings of negativity as the cross lateral exercises we use allows impulses and information to freely between the hemispheres of the brain which can help with conditions characterized by reduced cognitive functioning like depression.

Developed by Fearon Coach cardio-box classes are a unique, and invigorating as they combine boxing training and exercises with physical exercises that engage both sides of the brain simultaneously. This process known as Hemi-sync increases the rate at which the brain and body burns calories by between 20-30% higher than ordinary boxercise classes helping to touch more fat while improving stamina & cordination

Please note Cardio-box is NON-CONTACT & is great for beginners and the more advanced as everyone goes at their own pace
